Delete your account
You can delete your Random Video Call account and the personal data attached to it at any time. Here's exactly what that does and how to do it.
How to request deletion
We'll confirm your identity against the email on file, then process the deletion — you don't need the app installed, and you don't need to sign in to make this request.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: email, password, date of birth, display name, and any other profile details.
- Your call history and matching data.
- Any report evidence tied to reports you filed or that were filed against you, once outside any period we're legally required to keep it for an open investigation.
This happens within 30 days of your request, and we'll confirm by email once it's done.
What's kept, and why
If your account was ever suspended or banned, a pseudonymised record of that action is kept after deletion — it can't be used to identify you, and it exists solely so a ban can't be evaded by deleting an account and signing up again. This is the same limited exception described in our Privacy Policy.
Prefer to do it from the app?
An in-app "Delete account" option, alongside this page, is on our roadmap. Until it ships, this page is the fully supported way to close your account, and it's held to the same 30-day commitment either way.
